Cooler temps

Cooler temps have finally arrived in the area along with some much needed rain.
It finally truly feels like fall in the Ozarks. Flows have been staying steadier recently throughout the day. With less of the afternoon ramp up we were seeing.
Nymphing continues to be the ticket for getting into fish. Our go to patterns have been pink and red worms, Ruby midges sz18, Super midges in silver and black sz16-18, pheasant tails and Sunday specials in sz 14-16. It is worth noting that there has been a sporadic shad kill up by the dam. If you are lucky enough to catch this try small streamers in white and grey. We hope everyone gets a chance to get out on the water this week and put a bend in their rod.

All the best,
