Perfect fall days

Fall fishing days are a welcome sight. The leaves are starting to get some color and temps are about perfect. Flows are projected to be 35 megawatts for Saturday and Sunday all day. Then the same for Monday until afternoon then ramping up. Fishing has been good with nymphing taking the most fish. Root beer midges, ruby midges, and super midges in sz 16-18 have done well. As well as pink, white and red worms. A sz 14-16 rainbow sow bug has been doing great and same size lightning bug has been working well also. In the heavier flows getting down is key so play with depth and weight if your not picking up fish. We have had a handful of fish on small to medium size streamers in the bigger flows but it hasn’t turned on quite yet. Hope everyone gets a chance to get out on the water this weekend! Tight lines and best of luck out there from everyone at Ozark fly co .
